//New Project Featuring Jazz Legend Bob Barnard!

I'm very excited to announce that I've started work a new project featuring Australian jazz trumpet legend, Bob Barnard. Bob's one of my favourite musicians (and also happens to be my grandfather) and we'll be joined by two more of my favourite musicians in Bill Williams (bass) and Ed Rodrigues (drums). This should be a lot of fun.

We're hoping to record in the next month or two as well as do some stuff for ABC so stay tuned!

 

// Upcoming Release of Hannah James Group Album!

I've been playing with Hannah for a couple of years now. She's a great bass player and composer and she's just put the finishing touches on her debut album, due for release very soon. I'm really proud of how the record has turned out. It's going to feature mainly Hannah's compositions as well as a few new tunes of mine.
